A Palentine’s Collaboration Dinner

Celebrate Valentine’s weekend on Friday February 13th with a three-course dinner featuring Micklethwait’s smoked meats and Kesshō’s craft chocolate incorporated into every dish, paired with wines from The Austin Winery— plus a welcome drink to get the party started. Perfect for Valentines, Palentines and food and wine lovers alike!
Upgrade your ticket with a signed copy of Texas BBQ: The Art of Low and Slow by Veronica Meewes, bottles of Texas-made wine from The Austin Winery, craft chocolate bars by Kesshō— or bundle it all together for the ultimate local-love haul.
This is a true meet-the-maker experience. The pitmaster, the winemaker, the chocolatier and the author will be on site to pour wine, talk shop, sign books and hang out. Expect great food, great drinks, and a relaxed, social vibe that’s more about connection than candlelight.
There are two seatings: 6PM and 8:30PM. The seated dinner is full-service outside beneath the pecan tree. If inclement weather is pending, we will move inside.
